In early 2011, PRS Guitars offered a 100 piece run of its Signature model through the company’s exclusive Private Stock division. For 2012, this innovative model is being released as the Signature Limited, a 400 piece run of guitars built by PRS Guitars’ core production line. Most notably, the Signature Limited boasts an innovative, proprietary Signature/408 pickup system designed to extend the guitar’s tonal spectrum and musicality.
The proprietary Signature/408 treble and bass pickups are designed to narrow the field of the bass pickup to increase its focus, and to expand the field of the treble pickup to increase its tonal range (hence their asymmetric appearance). This pickup configuration stems back to Paul’s early pickup experimentation in the early 1980’s and provides stunning articulation and musical clarity. The Signature/408 electronics offer eight sounds via four pickup coils thanks to a simple but versatile switching system featuring mini toggle switches that provide numerous combinations of humbucking and (no volume loss!) singlecoil tones. This versatility and distinctiveness has garnered the Signature model PRS’s first official multi-artist endorsement from Howard Leese, Davy Knowles, Michael Ault, Tom Wheeler, and, of course, Paul Reed Smith.

Jason Smith masterbuilt heavy Relic "color over color" 1960 strat, finish is Candy Tangerine over 3-Tone Sunburst on an ash body, 7 lbs 10 ounces, quartersawn mid '60's "C" shape maple neck with a bone nut, dark rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5 radius and 6105 frets, 5-way switch and Custom Shop wound '60's pickups. Real big sounding strat with a good amount of midrange that keeps the single notes fat, nice and easy to play with the flatter radius and bigger frets, Certificate, case candy and black tolex Custom Shop case. |

 A very "NEW"" HXDA prototype head in Paisley with "Kitchen Sink Mods" (and top mounted HX/DA switches.... Doug Sewell has done a few tweaks to this one including adding a "Series/Parallel" switch.. which controls the treble and bass gain controls .. they are either hooked together in series (more gain) or in parallel -like a plexi.
He refers to this switch as the "Randy Rhoads" mod.

 This is SOLID (not chambered) and totally KILLER !
It has a few dings on the back of the body (nothing serious), has been played a bit (not beaten up though).. and is overall excellent.. *and the top is drop dead killer !
Guy installed some SUHR humbuckers and a fine tuning tailpiece.
It comes with the orig. equipment as shown.
Grab it while you can, these "HOT TOPS" are few and far between !

 The ultimate compact gigging amp! The Paul Reed Smith "Sweet 16+" packs 40 watts into a 19"x19" 1x12 combo. This thing is super tiny, but has tons of clean headroom and a huge sonic spread that fills the room and will make you think its twice its size.
This amp takes PRS's celebrated "Sweet 16" circuit and makes many useful tweaks - bumping the power up to 40 watts (more than twice the original power) from a pair of short-bottle 6L6 power tubes, a more AC30-like tone stack for increased midrange growl, and a new transformer setup providing tight low end and sweet compression on overdriven tones. This amp sounds (and feels) great when playing leads, but still offers the touch sensitivity and perfect clean-up on the guitar's volume knob that PRS amps are known for.
You get the feel of a vintage amp, but with the real-world practicalities of onboard reverb and a super-transparent master volume circuit.
An incredible amp for the gigging pro, and it'll fit in the passenger seat of a Lotus!
