Martin OM-18 Authentic Bridge Repair

Recently we had a Martin OM-18 Authentic that had a bridge crack right through the saddle slot. We were not able to get a correct replacement bridge for this guitar either through Martin or a third party. So we made a replacement.
Ryan, our tech, removed the original bridge with an infrared lamp.
We sourced a piece of Ebony, carefully shaped in creating the correct contours and aligned the original bridge pin hole spacing
re-glued the bridge using a traditional hide glue and carefully routed the saddle slot for the through saddle
